Toolmaking
With our own tool shop, we are proud to be able to produce sophisticated injection molds. We rely on a high in-house production rate of around 40% of our injection molds, particularly for the overmolding of stators and rotors. Our experienced team also produces molds for high-precision, low-balance plastic fan wheels up to a diameter of 950 mm.
In recent years, we have invested heavily in our toolmaking department to ensure that our team has access to the latest machine technology. Our 16-metre-long automated milling and eroding machine enables us to interlink various work steps. This enables us to produce our customers' injection molding tools in the shortest possible time and to the highest quality.
