Efficient series production
In our modern and partially networked production facility, we realize the series production of technically sophisticated plastic components with a maximum unit weight of 8 kg on injection molding machines with clamping forces of up to 16,000 kN.
By using complex production equipment, we realize the fully automated insertion and overholding of metal elements with plastic for electric motors. In our second core area, we concentrate on producing high-precision, high-performance plastic fan wheels for our customers in a wide range of diameters from 15 to 950 mm.
On request, we are happy to assume overall responsibility to produce complex assemblies and take care of their plastic-compatible design, paying particular attention to subsequent further processing by the customer.
