New employees benefit from a tailored familiarization plan and individual support from their personal mentor. Every new employee gets to know their mentor on their first day at work. This mentor offers support and shares his or her knowledge to make it easier to get started in the PVS world and is also always available to answer questions. In this way, we promote the exchange of experience and contribute to the rapid integration of new team members.

Our Development Strategies

We focus on comprehensive employee development. In the annual employee development meeting, the executive plans the measures for the coming year together with the employee. These can include various methods and tools:

    We focus on practical learning experiences directly at the workplace. By taking on new projects and tasks, our employees learn hands-on and expand their skills in a real working environment.
  2. Further and Advanced Training
    We organize regular training courses to give our employees the opportunity to continuously expand their knowledge and skills. Qualification measures and programs with the aim of achieving a higher-level qualification are also common practice for us.
  3. Individual Coaching
    An internal coach is on hand to support our employees and provide individual guidance to promote specific skills so that personal development goals can be achieved.

    We combine our entrepreneurial challenges with the personal progress of our employees by creating a structured and individually tailored development plan. The agreed steps can consist of all the measures described and provide transparency and security for both sides.
